Short-Notice Requests
If you are requesting service with less than 48 business hours’ notice, please email Pulcra before submitting the form to confirm availability.
Please note: Quotes are based on the information and photos provided during the inquiry process. If the condition or scope of the property differs significantly upon arrival, Pulcra will discuss any necessary adjustment to the scope or pricing before additional work is completed.
Pulcra may request a walkthrough after reviewing your inquiry if additional information or an in-person assessment is needed before providing a quote.

Prepare for a Fresh Start
The starting price includes up to 4 hours of labor and standard cleaning materials for an empty property.
Service includes detailed cleaning of kitchen appliances, bathrooms, cabinet interiors and exteriors, countertops, baseboards, floors, window sills, and other accessible interior surfaces throughout the property.
What’s Included
If the full scope of the property requires more than the included time, additional service time is billed at $50.00 per hour. Prior to scheduling, you will have the opportunity to approve the total number of service hours requested.
Additional Time
Condition Matters
Heavy buildup, smoke residue, excessive pet hair, heavily soiled flooring, or appliances requiring additional labor may increase the total service time and final quote.
Pulcra will work to complete the full approved scope within the scheduled timeframe, but completion is not guaranteed if the property requires more time due to its condition or service needs.
What to Expect
Requests made with less than 48 business hours’ notice are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If accommodated, a $50 short-notice fee will apply.
Short Notice Requests
Pulcra does not remove excessive trash, abandoned belongings, furniture, or other items left behind in the property.
The unit must be fully vacant and cleared of personal belongings, furniture, and excessive trash or debris before service begins.
Designed for Empty Properties
Running water and electricity must be available for the duration of the service.
Utilities Must Be Available
